Async factory for initializing a VM with sensible defaults.

Supplies mainnet @ethereumjs/common!Common, @ethereumjs/evm!EVMMockBlockchain, @ethereumjs/statemanager!MerkleStateManager, and a nested @ethereumjs/evm!createEVM instance when not provided.
