The 31-bytes binary tree stem as a Uint8Array.

leaf

Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>

Returns

Uint8Array<ArrayBuffer>

The tree key as a Uint8Array.

Returns the tree key for a given binary tree stem, and sub index.
